I was beyond impressed, for being a new restaurant in charlotte especially in the ballantyne area people can hold such a high standard but I believe you have nailed it. The wait staff was unbelievable I saw how well they all worked together with getting food out, making sure everyone had what they needed at their tables that usually doesn't happen too much even at fine dining restaurants! Not to mention the food was delicious, my waitress suggested the belgian waffles and I have fallen in love I have never tasted such a amazing waffle! "You won't be sorry that you stopped by Skillets for breakfast or lunch. The food is delicious, and the portions are sizeable. The owner is a former bakery owner/chef from Chicago, and the homeade breads, muffins, blintzes etc. are to die for! 
If in Naples, stop by their other restaurant, Sunrise Cafe on Airport Road & Pine Ridge, or the other Skillets on US 41. I've tried them all, and the food is consistently wonderful at all their locations!"
